Young Researchers Explore the Work of the NCE Laboratory

Today, 3rd-grade students of International Steppe Schools of Astana of the Autonomous Educational Organization Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools visited the sanitary and hygiene laboratory of the Astana branch of the National Center for Expertise.

The purpose of the event was to increase children's scientific interest and to form an understanding of the work of laboratories that ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety of the population.

During the tour, specialists of the National Center for Expertise conducted an introductory tour of the laboratory, demonstrated how laboratory experts work, talked to students about the impact of noise and electromagnetic waves on the human body, and explained the importance of safety regulations and protection from excessive exposure to these factors.

The students watched the laboratory research process with great interest and learned how specialists monitor factors affecting human health.
